30 NOVEMBER – 1 DECEMBER

Tasting of authentic original udon noodles sautéed in the wok with Andorran veal or with prawns, with Chef Josep M. Kao. Paired with Juve & Camps Millesime Cava and Sierra Cantabria red wine vintage 2015.

7 DECEMBER

Aperitif of flat bread with roast beef, crunchy onion and potato caviar, with Chef Jordi Banqueri from the Plató Restaurant by Arthotel in Andorra la Vella. Wine tasting: 3055 Chardonnay, 3055 Merlot and 3055 Rosé, all by Jean Leon.


8 DECEMBER

Sampling of tapas, Iberian products and cheeses from Extremadura, with Pernilea! Paired with Padró Vermouth, Rebels de Batea white and red wines by 7 Magnifics and AT Roca Rosé cava. Demonstration by Toni Pereira, Pernilea’s master carver!

14 DECEMBER

Sampling of Mum’s croquettes and fresh haricot beans in tomato sauce, with Chef Francis Paniego from Sport Hotels Resort & Spa. Wine tasting: Sileo red, Floral white and Classic AT Roca Brut Cava, all from the Penedés.


15 DECEMBER

Sampling of modern grilled dishes from Nº14 Fourteen Restaurant with a selection of new tapas for 2020, by Exe Prisma Catering. Wine tasting: Valle de Nabal red, Nabal rosé by Bodegas Nabal and Basa Verdejo by Telmo Rodríguez.

21 DECEMBER

Sampling of traditional Christmas dishes with cannelloni for St Stephen’s Day and traditional Christmas broth and meats prepared by Carles Flinch, chef-proprietor of Restaurant Can Manel in Andorra la Vella. Paired with mountain wines from Celler del Pirineu, produced by Cristina Tor, the wine maker.


22 DECEMBER

Sampling of sea and mountain rice dishes, prepared by Master Paella Chef and World Champion Abundi Monterde, from the firm Gallina Blanca.
Accompanied by Andorran craft beer from Alpha Beer Company.

28 DECEMBER

Assortment of foie-gras from the mountain with Andorran products, original recipe by Chef Christian Zancheta from Rebost del Padrí. Wine tasting: Atrium Chardonnay and Waltraud by Miguel Torres and Organic Brut Nature cava by Vendrell Olivella.
